The Mission

You will join their International Sales Hub in Madrid as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the DACH market. This is not a "telemarketing" job; this is strategic B2B consulting.

Your goal is to identify potential clients, understand their business challenges, and open the door for a commercial partnership. You will be the "First Impression" of the company.

What You Will Learn

This role includes a comprehensive Sales Academy Program where you will master:

  • Prospecting Mastery: How to identify key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Outbound Strategy: Crafting personalized emails and calls that get responses.
  • Sales Methodology: Learn value-based selling techniques used by top tech companies.
  • Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and modern sales tools.

Requirements

  • Language: Native German speaker (plus fluent English).
  • Experience: NONE required. We hire for attitude, not a CV.
  • Communication: You are not afraid to pick up the phone and have a conversation with a CEO.
