Sales Executive (DACH) - Madrid

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive (Account Executive) to join a rapidly growing B2B SaaS scale-up in Madrid. As a native German speaker, you will take ownership of the DACH market expansion.

The Mission

This is a full-cycle sales role for an experienced closer. You will join an international sales hub in Madrid and work directly with the VP of Sales to penetrate the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.

  • Own the DACH Region: You will be the primary driver for new business revenue in German-speaking Europe.
  • Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire pipeline from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with C-level executives to understand their challenges and pitch a tailored SaaS solution.
  • Strategy: Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing teams to refine the value proposition for the DACH region.

Requirements

  • Native German Speaker: Essential. Fluent English is also required.
  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B Sales / Account Executive roles, preferably in SaaS or Tech.
  • Closer Mentality: Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas. You love the thrill of the close.
  • Location: Based in Madrid or willing to relocate.
