We are on the lookout for a talented Data Scientist to join a fast-growing Spanish start-up with an office in Madrid (remote-friendly). This innovative company is revolutionizing the way we shop by using AI to connect product searches to advertising campaigns via advanced image recognition.
The Mission
Their advanced algorithms analyze visual attributes and metadata to create seamless shopping experiences. As a Data Scientist, you will:
- Develop and deploy your own Machine Learning models in AWS (SageMaker, CloudWatch, S3).
- Work on training and managing state-of-the-art ML models, specifically focusing on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Utilize training management tools like MLFlow or Weights & Biases (W&B).
- Write high-quality, Clean Code with a strong focus on testing and maintainability.
The Stack
Python, AWS (SageMaker, S3), Computer Vision, NLP, MLFlow, Weights & Biases.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models in production.
- Technical Skills: Strong background in managing ML training processes and AWS environments.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience with NLP and Computer Vision is a massive plus.
- Mindset: A passion for writing clean, well-tested code and solving complex algorithmic challenges.
